I like it!!! Looks pretty good. Is it just a palette swap?

The colour seems to be off/scratched up on his shoulder plates and chest.

How is it different than the "classic" Cyber Sub-Zero costume. Despite the fact that in UMK3, Cyber Smoke was more of an indigo color, I would've made his classic costume grey, in my opinion.

Otherwise, good pallet swap.

Personally, one of the main reasons I've always preferred Smoke as a cyborg over the human version is specifically because I prefer the indigo to gray.
I like this.

I like you for making it.

But if the goal's to re-create his classic MK3 costume, why change the colour to something it wasn't? If they wanted him to be a grey cyborg, they'd have done so. They chose that colour scheme for a reason, and to be honest, if he was a solid grey, it would look very boring, and wouldn't channel the right nostalgia with the classic costume.
I never understood why there were so many promotional images of Smoke as a grey cyborg when in the game, he's clearly indigo/purple in colour. Why in the world did they do that?
