I like this, but I kind of see more of Rain than Sub-Zero here.

This seems to be the problem with the work you have posted so far. Whilst technically very good and pleasing to the eye, some of the concepts seem to be a little off (As posted above they should be ideas and concepts for different characters) That is pretty much my only criticism because as I say technically your work is very sound. Also I think his outfit seems a little robey and sort of silky (If you get what I mean) whereas I think Sub-Zero should have perhaps more sort of hard heavier armour sort of like his deception outfit.
But no at the end of the day you have done a very good drawing but the concept seems a little off.
