I like it. The head looks just a little bit bigger than the rest of her body. I really like how you kept her eyes very evil. I hate it when someone draws mileena and it just looks like a pink kitana.

The Dragon Tattoo really sets it off, as do the shiny bits on her outfit/mask.

I like the pose as well, but the only wee little nitpick I would have is in the way she is holding one Sai (the one in her raised arm), as in that position it's most always held with the index finger laying along the handle itself.

But that certainly didn't sway my rare voting of 5 Dragons on the picture.
