His hair and massive jawline reminds me of Superman, hehe. Nice costume though...I just think you should get rid of the yellow dots, maybe make them silver or something (same for the belt buckle).

what's up with his coat? do you have slits in them or what? and why does he remind me of Neo from the matrix?

for once the head is not fat and the feet are actually adult size, but mavado does have pupils not pure white eyes.

Wow, this is a neat Mavado concept. I'd have put more red on him though, and probably would have given him a metal helmet to go along with it (perhaps something similar to one of the design concepts from the DA Krypt). Either way, good stuff. I'm giving you a 4/5 though because he seems too bulky compared to the Mavado from DA.
