Was this drawn with pencil and then inverted in photoshop (or some other like minded program)??? My main problem with whatever it is youve done is youve had to cut out your picture leaving a jagged black border around it. There really isnt that much definition in his pants such and creases etc, compared to the detail you put into his upper body and considering that this picture is titled flying kick I would have thought that at least an equal amount of effort would have been put into the kick. I guess it would have been nice if he was also looking at his target and possibly had a neck. But over all this is a good picture and concept, but I think your choice of presentation has let it down a little. In the future play around with photoshop or whichever program youre using and see if you cant work on coloring the character or get some shading happening.
well i drew the picture then edited it in adobe photoshop. he does have a neck its just his heads down but if you look you can see part of it on the side. i didnt even think of making his pants more defined ill have to do that. and ill probly color it with something or paint it. what do you mean by more effort in the kick?
I meant that considering the picture is about Liu Kang kicking more detail should have been put into his legs as theoretically they would be the main focal point.
