Kung Lao study
Artist's Remarks:
Ah...male study. So, we have a younger version of Kung Lao playin with his psycho frisbee from hell... Fun stuff. I think he is a just a tad to skinny which I actually figured out AFTER I posted it on DA but then realized that, he dosen't look half bad. Yes I know it's anime and I will continue to beg you not to hammer me. More of less, this is a color and effects study so, enjoy! :)

Not bad, but Kung Lao looks way too much like a girl. Also, his right arm looks slighty weird. I'm not exactly sure what's wrong w/ but it just doesnt look right. Maybe it's just me.

Usually anime tends to lean towards the "bishi" type of male, even in fighters.



Very nicely done. I think he's sexy.....ben then again, I'm female.

you know, I'm glad you said something because I looked at it again and I figured out the problem. If you look, I didn;t add any kind of shading on the sleeve to make it look like his arm was there at all so it kind of looks like an extension of his sleeve NOT his arm...make sense? It was an accident!

I really like the younger look for Kung Lao. It makes him look somewhat less disciplined which I think is a bonus. yeh he's slightly skinnier than normal but that was probably the angle from which you drew him. Great job! wink
