Well, firstly I do hope you asked the_suit's permission, but I'm sure you did, and you did credit him, so I wouldn't expect a problem.
Now, as for the picture.
I won't comment on the actual drawing, obviously as this is a colour job, so let's focus on that:
I feel that come of the colouring looks a little flat. The best example could be his arm bracelet guard things. The yellow parts, it's a flat colour, and doesn't look too good. I feel you could have put shading to better use, but the areas that are shaded, mostly around his chest, are pretty nice, though perhaps a bit too dark.
His shoulder pad, imo, has a poorer choice of colours than the rest. A light blue with a red, it looks a bit cartoony, especially as they are also flat colours.
I'm not so sure about the background either, I would feel that a simple white background would do the trick, it would be easier to see him, quite simply, lol.
I'm also not a fan of this "scratched" effect that's all over it, you can notice it mostly on the background, but it is on the picture too.
I personally don't like that, perhaps others do. Oh well.
A pretty decent fare I guess, could be better particularly in the shading area.

please... zentile did nothing wrong. the coloring is so-so pretty fair and pretty good. kairmi you SHOULD edit you post into one instead of 3.
Hmm... well I do agree, the colors are a little flat. You should try using a range of shades, of one color, to achieve a better effect. Like, for example, try to identify a light source when you are coloring, and if the original artist didn't give one, then create your own and work off of it from there. Once you have your light source, color by it. When you are coloring individual parts of the body, don't stray from the light source. You did the shadow pretty nicely, not so bad I guess, maybe a little much in some areas but it is decent I guess. So, since he does have a shadow there is a light source present. Think about how the colors will change tones, which parts of Kenshi are exposed to light more than other? Those parts, you should color slightly brighter, and the parts that are covered by shadows are out of the direct view of the light source, should be dimmed some.
You did do a decent job coloring the skin, the tone doesn't look bad. The hair is okay as well, but if you are going to use more than one basic color on the blindfold, then they should blend together a bit better.
Okay, on the main attire, I do see some attempt at shadowing, but the color change is too dark I think. And some of the shadows are made look a bit random, like the ones at the bottom of the cloth hanging from his waist. And the pitch black underneath it is a bit much as well. Also, there are a couple of places where I can see white, it sort of stands out. Like for instance, the_suit's name. Not bad for your first try coloring someone else's work, but shading should be your main goal to improve at in the future.

Wow. The picture is really nice. The actual drawing is fairly detailed. As for the coloring, I wish I could say that. As ~Crow~ stated, the coloring is pretty flat. I'm not good at coloring myself, so you can take my words for granted if you wish. Determine a source of light, and work from there. Try to bolden shadow effects by using darker colors, and your picture of Kenshi will look much bolder and stand out.
You posted three times in a row, Karim. You could've just edited your post twice.
EDIT:
BTW, if you don't want me to reply to your 'art' submissions then dont post them here, okee? See, since you post them in a place I can clearly go and reply to, I assume you want my opinion?
Also, you said you dont understand me but you understood Tim's message, yet your ''i no understand'' message was posted after Tim's post, and not after mine. So you lose.
ok thnx plz
