That's really cool. Only a couple problems I have with it: first, the ice blade (?) coming from his right hand seems to be at an odd angle. Second, the hair looks kinda wierd, where the right and left sides look completely different. Also, what's that protruding from his right shoulder?

Aside from these minor things, it's a very cool drawing. I like the costume design a lot.

Cool, it's a different concept. It doesn't look too much like Sub in MK but thats ok. His fingers seem a little big, but maybe thats the style.

The shard of ice sticking out of his hand is like that for a reason. It shows how much power the Dragon Amulet is providing Sub-Zero, changing this anatomical features (Ice is randomly growing from his skin). That's also the reason for his right shoulder looking like that...

Even his scarf is frozen at the tip...
