My first hand drawing in quite a while. Inspired from a picture of Cable I drew many years ago. Drew this while watching a movie. Just scanned and tried to remove the blue lines as best as I could. I'll improve hopefully, or I'll just move on.

What Bleed said. 
The waistline should be much more slim on him, and have his chest taper down to it somewhat instead of being lines that go straight downward. Same with his waist to crotch area.
Good work though, keep drawing steady and you'll sort out the troubles in time!
(I should practice what I preach though, I haven't been drawing steady at all.
