Artist's Remarks:
This took me a while to finish. I worked on it for about a week on and off. I also took a break from doing MK characters for a little bit. I wanted to do a ful scene rather than the normal portraits that I do. Of course no colors. Just paper, pencil and eraser. Hope you like.

Hehe, I like it. The trees look funny and I like the idea of the squirrel and the carving messages on the "dead" tree. The girl behind the tree is Jade, no? I like the costumes you gave for Scorpion and the other ninja (Is it Sub Zero?) Nice shadding too. Good job. 5/5

Yeah, those squirrels kick ass.
HTe characters in this use the design models that I used from pervious drawings. The characters are Scorpion, Sub-Zero, Jade and PSP squirrel.

Lets see, it looks good, you've got some decent skills. Some nice shading on the background too. Some little things keep bugging me whenever I look at this though. The chick (whichever one that is) is very awkward looking and doesn't really fit in with the rest of the pic (even if it is supposed to be comedic) and the blood is really bugging me for some reason. Anyway, its good.

I like this picture a lot. I like the shading the you did. I like how the characters are interacting and I like how it is very detailed. I think because you did it in pencil it makes it stand out than if it was in color. I like it a lot. Good job.

I like the Chibi style... But damn, great fuggin lighting for a pencil drawing! It looks like the moon and shadows are pretty centered, but the glow (done in photoshop?) is to the left. If thats just how your scan came out, nevermind then... hehe

The "glow" is from the lighting in my room. This is a picture and not a scan because the paper is too big for my scanner. Other than messing with the contrast and brightness of the picture it's all paper, pencil and eraser.
The style that this is drawn is isn't what I look for when I see drawings of MK. This is more of an anime/kid drawing, and it doesn't give it it's MK feeling. I think you should've focused a little more on the characters then stead of the background (even though it is nice). For that I take one point off :)
