So was the right arm meant to resemble a tube to give a pseudo 3D perspective, or is he just a chronic 'bater?

Yeah, it was a failed skewed thing. The right side is supposed to be coming out at you, but I kind of failed at that.

Yeah. I ended up making his clothes too baggy, and I suck at drawing wrinkles/definition. I'm sure it's just a thing that'll get better in time.
