Very nice. I love the design. However, I was never a fan of his blue skin in MKD, and think itd probably be better without it. But thats a minor complaint.

Wicked stuff, great detail in it. This is how Sub Zero should look as Grandmaster. Im a fan of the blue skin too, makes it seem even colder lol. Great stuff.

I would much prefer normal skin with ice on his arms to being all-blue.
I'm also not sure about the ponytail sticking out the helmet, Sub-Zero works better with short hair IMO. It'd look nice on a Human Smoke costume, though. Certainly a better, more ninja-style way to show that he has long silver hair than they chose in MK9, anyway.
The rest looks great, though. I like the added fur on the boots.

Thank you! I was debating whether or not to have the skin be normal or not, but I went with the blue to reference the old design.
The top of the helmet isn't a ponytail. Although it is hair just not sub zero's
The purpose the hair on the helmet was a way to soak in any blood to keep it from getting in the soldiers face. like in this historical drama about the 3 kingdoms.

Ahh...I was actually wondering if the helmet tuft might be decoration and not his real hair.

He resembles a chinese demon warrior in that armour. Quite cool. ^^

I was hoping it was his hair. I like the idea of him as a long haired wise Grandmaster type.

Although I'm not a fan of the blue skin on him, I love what you did with this design, especially having the Dragon Medallion as part of his belt. Even though the Cryomancer armor design was kind of a hit and a miss amongst reactions, I personally love it, so it's great to see that used here.

oh.... it's decoration with a function. By the way Razor have you got any new pieces to show? I saw the awesome Kung lao one you did awhile ago.Ahh...I was actually wondering if the helmet tuft might be decoration and not his real hair.

Well I did Jax after that, so I've got all 12 playable characters from MK2 done. I haven't had any free time at all for the past couple months to finish the hidden and bosses yet, unfortunately.
