I like the costume, I think it's better than his original one covered with 'balls'. Costume 4/5 and drawing 3/5, because he is standing in an odd pose and seems to be falling, and his right hand is too big. I'll give you 4/5, because your focuse was on costume

His right arm is bigger for the reason that he is getting power from the electric cable. Why he is doing that, it's revealed in the fan fiction. The color scheme might not be exactly as I thought it, because I had only about eight crayons to choose from. It's not bad nevertheless. The falling mention was important, I'll pay attention to that in the next time. It's nice that you like it.

The anatomy is odd to say the least, but I like your creativity. Even though nothing about this says "Mokap" to me.... Like, nothing.

This is a humorous evolution of another design of mine. I found an old drawing of Mokap – that I had drawn years ago – that is somewhere between this design and the official costume. I will submit it L8R.
