Problem areas you could work on are.
His nose looks strange. Unless you wanted it that way?

His eyes are too wobbly

The shading is too flat

The wrinkles in his pants don't look convincing.

The head came out pretty good.
You draw good heads.

It's pretty good.
But I don't like his outfit, it doesn't look that much like the outfit in the game.
And he has spiked hair. It looks kind of like if Goku was a victim of having his face scarred.

It's still pretty original, with his eyes popping out.

Yeah, I know, not much time on it. I did a Jarek drawing in which I spent more time, but ACJ told me it's pending (don't worry, it's not cartoonish).

heh the face is very cool and the mask too just like in the game. I agree with Bleed, his pants doesn't seen to have wrinkles they look more like lines. Also make him hold on hookswords too. Good effort tho. Start making your cartoons in color that will be better.
