Well you are correct about the badly drawn part. Not that it can't get any worse but it could use some more things.
....Like bigger claws and a smaller head, shading, color, a background- just stuff like that will make the pic ALOT nicer. It looks like something from dragonball Z....sorry , I can't stand dragonball Z. That's half the reason I agree that It's a bad drawing.

if you were going for child baraka, put more emphasis on the teeth and make the spike thingies i little longer and thicker. if you were going for adult baraka,...it speaks for itself. 3 and a half/5 not too shabby looks like piccolo and krillin combined.
