Hmm, not sure about this one.

The picture quality itself lacks, resulting in a blurry mess - you lack shading in your drawing which is rater a let down, and I think his face is a little too rounded for what Scorpion's head really looks like, resulting in an un-satisying artistic expression of Scorpion's true passion.

I suggest adding a backround next time, maybe you could download photoshop CS2 trial and give it a go for a real good backround, I think you really have potential to do better.

I can only give this a 1.36/10 including the effort you put in.

Try this site for some good drawing tips, it really excelled mine.
