I like mortal kombat for tons of reasons. Let me state a few:

- Fatalities
- Blood and Gore
- Characters
- Story
- The style and fighting engine
- Popularity
- Because i think its the best fighting game ever
- Fans
- Stages, interaction, movies, comics, and everything else.

- Also, i'm a die hard MK fan for life.

Thats pretty much it plus alot more. I love MK and i always will until i die.

Like? I LOVE Mortal Kombat.

I love Mortal Kombat because it has been a part of my life ever sence the first MK came out back in 92, sence than I've been a fan of MK and even to this day, still proud to be an MK fan, when something has been in your life for that long, its hard to let it go. I have almost all the games, players guides, the movie, and posters.

To me, Mortal Kombat will never get old. its still one of the greatest videogame series ever.

i'm glad that it's different from the other video fighting games. i like that about mortal kombat. i can't wait for the next mortal kombat game. i knoow it's going to be hott!

Its Story , gameplay, and gore

I like it cuz it makes me happy.

The Violence. Every since Day 1 Mortal Kombat stood out from other games because of its Violent Nature. And the day I saw MK 1 in the arcades I fell in love. And every since then... The Violence in MK has held me in its gory, blood filled arms.

The secrets. No game has ever had that 'feel' in the arcade scene since MK2. That was a terrific time, damn I miss those days.

The characters. I admit that MK has always had decent gameplay, but I really would never had paid much attention to it if it weren't for my old favorites.

it started out as the realistic alternative to Street fighter... A cool fighting game that really got me into Ninjas... save TMNT, the story is a little too winded but the character depth does make up for some of it... The later versions turned into an enjoyable character filled projectile ridden, Over the top juggling action title that went onto 3d then tried new things and ... succeded...??? anyway I don't want MK to TRY and be like the other 3d fighters out there and just be more like a fresh experience... I've seen lil kids play MKDA saying 'oooo it's like Tekken but with blood' that does not rock...

I like it because of its solid story and the variety of characters that it has to offer.

I LIKED Mortal Kombat for 2 reasons:

a)Multiple fatalities
2)Cool secrets

Not hard to figure out why I stopped caring once MK4 came out.

well i like MK because it grabbed my attention, it needed me. It was fun, had personality and the gimmicks were great. Also, i feel that MK has alot of potential left still, and if made right, can be the best fighter out there. It was one of the first games i actually CARED about (along side Sonic the Hedgehog 2) and it got me obsessed with games.

The love I have for this game can never truly be exressed with words. I've been a fan since the day I heard that infamous quote come from my TV screen: "Get over here!!!". The characters, the storyline, the blood, the satisfaction of knowing that your opponent was "Finished" instead of "KOed"...*sigh*...

It's fun. Simple as that.
