I've recently got an Action Replay for my Xbox, and I tranasfered the Drivatar file for Forza Motorsports to my PC, and noticed in the zip file it's all .bin files. I was wondering if anyone knows how can I open, and edit the bin files on my PC.

It just comes up as a bunch of jiberish. Is there any way to translate it into something readable. I've also opened it in Textpad which is a java editing/notpad program, but it comes up in hex format.

.bin file as image? Then use WinISO. Otherwise, I do not know what you are speaking of.
