How Do You Download M.U.G.E.N.?

I want to try to make a game in mugen but when i tried to download it but i cant tell which file its in. lol

First you have to download a program called WinRAR. Find it on google, then download WinMugen. Then watch a bunch of tutorials to find out how to add characters, stages, screenpacks and lifebars

Mugen itself is kinda fun to play but I had more fun constructing the roster and stuff than actually playing the game.
