I could do Raiden very very easily. They even have the hat as a selection with lightning powers and teleportation.

Scorpion would be impossible with the spear - I could make him look like him and give him ninja skills with caltrops and martial arts and such but not the spear thing.

My favorite is my own creation Dr Energy, here is a shot of him healing himself and when he gets resurrected by a team mate.

Oh, here is my Raiden attempt, I'd say it takes me a good 15 minutes.
