- ‘Full House’ Revival May Be in the Works
“Have mercy!” Is “Full House” really coming back to TV? According to sources, a revival of the ’90s ratings darling is in the early stages of development.
While nothing is set in stone, there’s been talks at Warner Bros. Television about bringing back the sitcom, and some of its original cast, for a revival nearly 20 years after the long-running ABC show had its finale. Cast member John Stamos is reportedly spearheading the idea, along with original series creator Jeff Franklin and executive producer Bob Boyett.
The march through 80s to 90s nostalgia continues. More re-done rerun TV.
Any fans excited about a potential return? In terms of pop culture significance, we're right in the MK wheelhouse! Sub-Zero and Uncle Jesse inevitably appeared somewhere together.

I would be intrigued only if it is to be the whole original cast. If only some were to return with new faces, it is not for me.
For instance, Two and a Half Men. When Charlie Sheen quit or was fired from the show, I wasn't interested in it any more. Ashton Kutcher can't replace Charlie. Jake is not their either, except at the begging when Ashton started. It's so not the same.
So, as I said, if there are new faces, the show won't be that good.

I guess I will go ahead and fess up. I know it's PURE nostalgia for a more innocent time in my life when I was a little kid in the early-mid 90's but I will give it a try. It's like reconnecting with old friends when they do this sort of thing. I know it's puerile but dammit I am sentimental.
