Folklore Fighter: What characters would you like to see?

I've always liked the idea behind Darkstalkers and have wondered what other characters based on folklore from ANY culture would be fun to see in a Fighting Game. What are some you'd like to see (include reference link/picture if possible). You get bonus points for referencing/remembering anyone from Monsters in my Pocket.

My pick would be non other than Krampus - The Holiday Devil.

Satyrs never seem to get any recognition beyond being drunk, sex-crazed homoerotics. lol

I wouldn't mind seeing the greek god Pan duke it out in a fighting game, especially considering the rarity of plant-related fighting game characters.

Laperachauns are also a folk creature I would be interested in seeing in a fighting game. I'm actually surprised Darkstalkers never jumped on that one.

If beasts from the Greek mythology count, the three-headed hellhound Cerberus – which we in fact already saw in the background of the Hell arena of MK9 – would be a nice demon to fight against in the next Mortal Kombat, if the gameplay mechanics of that specific game will allow that.

Mortal Kombat 9 got at least Ruutuu, who I think is related to native American mythos, and the Enenra as new folklore fighters.

I watched an Underworld movie the other day and I would really love to see a new, brutal monster fighting game. Take iconic monsters, give them really grotesque and beastly appearances, then let them duke it out in arenas where they can rip each other to pieces.
