Wrong. Mavado is the leader of the Red Dragon Clan. The Red Dragon Clan is the rival gang of the Black Dragon clan, which Belong to Kano. He is second in command only to Taven's brother Daegon. He attackedKabal due to being one of the last Black Dragons and took his hookswords. In MKD it is implied Kabal killed Mavado and took backhis hookswords. In MKA He appeared alive and with his own hookswords. But since MKA is a fan service game, his true fate is left to be determined. hope that answers your question.

Kabal isn't Movado's brother, there was nothing mentioned that he was even related to Kabal in any way.

The only sibblings that are in Mortal Kombat, at the current moment, are Sub-Zero and Noob, Kitana and Mileena. Despite the fact that Mileena is not techincally a real sister due for the fact that Shang Tsung created her for Shao Kahn and blah blah blah.

And whatever the guy above mentioned is also true about Movado. Whatever you're thinking, you're nowhere close.

Though I will say, I would like to see him in future games, despite the fact that not too many people actually enjoyed this character.

Obviously, the ones that aren't canon don't count. The only siblings Icebaby missed were Taven and Daegon, and you both forgot about Liu Kang's canon brother Chow. Sonya does have a deceased twin brother.
