it would be good if say....the dragon King was long ago the establisher of the Shokan race since goro and kintaro are half DRAGON. And he takes Lei Mei up as his new Dragon Queen because maybe she reminds him of the deceased Dragon Queen who wasnt a dragon obviously coz goro is only half dragon. So either Lei Mei reminds him of her or she (unbeknowing to herself) is actually a reincarnation of the ancient bride of onaga the dragon queen and Onaga is the only one who knows this so he acceptingly takes her up as his new queen.

Turning on her allies was predicted but becoming the dragon queen is a good twist...

I think Li Mei had one of the best endings.

Her story was completely revamped in MKD, so much better then in MKDA, it seemed like she finally played an important role that made her stand out.

Besides, her involvement with Bo Rai Cho, the 2 sorceress and Onaga’s evil was very deep, well developed.

To be honest, I did expect her to betray her friends, her story kept saying she was starting to doubt and feel a new force in her soul...but I did not expect what happened in her ending. Though it definitely seems is NOT cannon, its pretty cool.

That ending was crappy. of course it's not cannon if it was cannon the kamidogu would have been forged and then there would be no earth....no mk7. it was like a horrible Godzilla meets romance thing. i thought it was retarted. best endings in the game have to do with Deception not intimacy with a dinosaur. I Also dunt think earth is that stupid that they dint see this coming.... imean come on. taken into a dragon king soldier.....wearing his armor... it was like hi i'm a mutineer! Li Mei is fun to use but she lacks in a Good important story.

I hated Li Mei in MKDA and she kinda grew on me in MKD (It wasnt too painful). Her story/ look was good....but her edning was sooooooo predictable. The bit where she become Onagas queen wasnt, but I knew straight off she would turn on everyone. her ending ruined the story for me. I also dont think her ending is likely to be canon.

i say the ending is way false. i aint believin that kind of bull. cuz DK doesnt win. he cant win. other wise every thing would become 1 thing and there would be no more MK. good ending for the MK story if that ever comes around.

I think it was obvious that it was going to be predictable. Her 2 bios were practically screaming to us “IM GOING TO BE EVIL AT THE END!”, but of course, we did not expect to see romance involved. Lol.

Its a great ending IMO.

It's a great ending. I love it. It's one of the best ones in MKD. Though I don't but how she fended off Sub-Zero, Sindel, Master Cho and whoever else was with them on her own. Still, I agree Onaga has taste. And Li Mei owns!

I didn't see that comming. Never would of thought Li Mei, out of all people, would turn agaisnt her allies. But I liked it, and IMO it's one of the best endings in MKD. Onaga must be very, very lucky

that ending is not happening...if the gragon king becomes the one being there will be no future mk's... i believe the first part happened and she turned on her allies but they would have all pwned her and wrecked the dragon kings shit real good... shujinko by himself is more than enough to handle her

The next game she is in, Midway better give her a better ending....
