Retro Kabal in MKA (MKSM)

Well, Im a huge Kabal fan, I'd say he's my favorite kombatant of all time, and since this is most likely the Last chapter in his story due to all the characters they are gonna cut off, i want them to give us a Kabal Alternate from MKSM.

I know it doesn't fit in with the story of MKA or anything, I just preferr it over Kabals Alt. costume from MKD. Since its the last game, and no ones ever fought as the unmasked Kabal, i really think they should add this in for fans.
Also, Kabal had an Unexpected Voice in MKSM, i think they should use it in his battle cries and his damage cries, its pretty cool.

I dont really liked him with his mask but that concept is very hot, if hes unmasked in MKA ill sure like him.

Hey Arab-Man watsup man long time no see.
At any rate, I kinda have to disagree with you. As much as I love the kabal look from MKSM representing MK2, it's not going to be possible for him to breath without a respirator unless he does some real down-to-earth and grass roots surgery. Well at any rate, I hope Kabal gets rid of that stupid repirator forever...

lol I remember encountering that Kabal and thinking, WTF!?! THATS what Kabal looks like under his mask!?! But anyway, I think that would be cool if they did Kabal without his mask for an alt. on MKA. Good idea you've come up with here dude.

Yeah dude, i know, but i just wanted that in as a Fan Bounus, like how In Devil May Cry 3 you could UNlock the Old Dante, i wanted them to have the Classic Kabal in there just to please the fans, and cuz he looks kick ass. I know it doens't make sense, but Im sure fan's will like it.

I want to see Kabal without the mask. He can have the respirators going up his nose and a small mouthpiece to support them so we can see the rest of his scared face.
I like the idea of seeing Kabal before his attack. Actually, three costumes for him would show his change perfectly.
Retro Kabal before the attack.
The Kabal we know with the mask.
Unmasked Kabal with respirators supporting him so we see his scarred face.
That'd rock, imo.

i have 2 say kabal was 1 ov my old time favourites until he got screwed by mavado in a cheap victory but i would like 2 see a change in his costume

Unless his ending involves him being restored to look normal again I don't think it should happen. It would be like Reptile having a lizard costume and a human costume or a scorpion alt. with him being Hasashi instead of a specter. AIt. costumes should fit with the current storylines. I love the retro look though.

Dude, Kabals trdaemarks are his Hookswords, if the mask was the trade mark, then he wouldnt have different versions of it....
and to anyone who said they shouldn't do it because it doesn't fit it, I stated in the opening comment, IT DOESNT MAKE SENSE, it a bounus for Kabal Fans who wanna see his kick ass look.

i'm a huge kabal fan aswell and i would like to see him without his mask.. but if they're going to do it, which i think they should, they should have his face with all kinds of scars on it.. it's been years since the disfigurement and some type of scars had to have formed over his wounds.. maybe not completely exposed either, like a mouth/nose peice to keep his oxygen supply steady, but expose the rest..

I also think the three costume idea would be lovely. Retro-Kabal would be a lot of fun to play as.
I'm not sure if Midway will do that or not, but I agree that I'd at least like to see Kabal's face in 3D once, in case his character gets offed.
If it's not shown through costume, they should at least show it in his ending or in a fatality. Yes please.

The only thing that should be under his mask is that fucked up face thingy. I think he should have that as his costume, like Scorpion had him without his mask in MKDA.

If the Elder Gods could make Scorpion their champion, Boon and his team can come up with a reason to restore Kabal's face. I like the idea. In his ending, he gets his look back and it becomes his alternate outfit.
On a side note, Scorpion as Hanzo wouldn't be a bad idea, I like it. He could look like he did in his MK1 ending.
