I thought I heard that he was confirmed a long time ago, but that might have been just an assumption from someone that Rep would become the Dragon King.

Reptile's always been my favorite character, so I definitely hope he's back.

Reptile will come back bigger and better than MK:DA, but not became the Dragon King.

Dragon King-I'm confused...Only animal-look-like characters were Motaro(he looked nice)and Reptile in mkda(tragedy).I hope to see someone nice as the final boss(if it's gonna be DKing).

In one of the supposed 'developer chats' where they mentioned that they were developing the next game, I beleive it was Boon who mentioned that Reptile would 'Most Definitely' be back in the next MK.

I'm not sure if Reptile is going to be the Dragon King. I mean c'mon you can't just make a character like Reptile the Boss at the end of a tournament, he's a fighter, a warrior-for-hire, he's not the creature to rule and controll. Maybe Reptile somehow helps the Dragon King to return in some other ('cause in MK:DA they didn't say Reptile IS the Dragon King). But anyway, that just might not make any sense at all.
But IF Reptile is coming back, give us the Reptile in the way we all love him the most, the Ninja.

I hope Reptile is anything but a ninja. I would lvoe for him to be the Dragon King most of all, becasue they he could be the boss. And through all the turmoil Reptile has suffered in his life, he deserves something big. And, if he isn't I hope he keeps his lizard form. I like how he looks in it. He wsa the first ninja to become something more then a ninja. Ahhhh, Reptile is great......

Wat they shouldve done(since they now want to make all the ninjas look different from each other) they shouldve had sub zero keep his ninja outfit(the alternate in MKDA) since it was the greatest, and give reptile a human form again and have that samerui look(the new sub zero from deception) that should be reptile, all they have to do is (change the color not to late or hard to do) and use the same exact sub zero model from mkda just port in into this game. i thought that out which looks greenish was reptile at first and i got happy, cause his ending i thought he was turning human again in mkda ending, but to find out that it was the worse made sub zero outfit i have seen, and no human reptile:( i still thought it wasnt subby, but the psm magazine shows that damn samerui subby throwing an ice blast on the cover. oh well, lets hope they at least have a human reptile and his alternate outfit when chosen (will be his animal outfit, with his animal fighting syles too) kinda like trilogy with raiden and kano, the classic forms had different moves when u chose there alternate outfits.

It would be enitirely possible for Reptile to have both his human AND lizard forms. But he'll prably stay as a mutant.
