Remember that time when MKO was in GamePro? Then this site was known as MK5.org and appeared in the June 2000 edition of GamePro. I found this as I was searching for an older news article from April 2000 from this site (unfortunately, news archives don't go back that far).

Here's the link: http://web.archive.org/web/20000510114615/http://www.mk5.org:80/

You may be lucky to stumble upon some MK5 teaser images too.

Excellent find, and nostalgia trip. Thank you so much!

When I was younger, whenever my parents went grocery shopping, I always hung out at the magazine stand looking at videogame magazines. Reading up on new games, and looking for codes/cheats in them. I really REALLY miss those days.

I found mk5.org searching the internet for game info at school on the library's computers at lunch. I remember the initial pics of MK3 Jax reaching for Scorpion at the Acid Bath stage. The site changing to mortalkombatonline initailly confused me. Years later on Feb 17th 2004 I finally signed up/joined MKO.
