info for dallas area mk fans

according to several gamestops i called today and yesterday, all the people who are getting the game from any gamestop shop in the dallas fort worth area will be able to pick it up tomorrow monday 9th after 12:30 pm.
the game will ship tomorrow morning and they will pick it up from the DFW airport.
remember: i know the gamestop peple dont know jack sometimes but i called several ones and they all confirmed (except one who said tuesday fro both ps2 and xbox lol)

Do you think any 24 hour Walmart Supercenter's will be selling it at midnight, or do you think they would even have it in stock at the moment?
I was thinking that would be a good place to call seeing that we can technically buy it tonight if it's in.

someone here who works at walmart said they received it on thursday but im not sure if its true, even though, the media section in walmarts open from 7am to 10pm so even if they have it we wont see it till tomorrow.

You don't think that they can just grab it and ring it up for anyone? Plus the ninth is the street date right? Also I remember going to my Walmart Supecenter plenty of times to get games with my friend real late at night. I can't recall one time where we showed up and the electronics section was closed. If someone can call there Waalmart Supercenter and confirm that would be great.

My EB Games said they wouldn't sell it until Tuesday. Still, I'm going to call tomorrow and see!

its been more or less confirmed in my area that nobody will have it till tuesday. except i cant get ahold of gamestop or ebgames around me due to its sunday night.

update: according to several gamestops in dallas, gamestop received the OK from midway to sel it tomorrow 9th, and because the game will ship in he morning they will personally pick it up, and we can buy it after 12:30 again i said SEVERAL gamestops not one
also for people who says why cant we wait and extra day, because its midterm times for most universities and i have only tomorrow to play the game and wont have time till next weekend

chadfu then what about the people that work for UPS and have claimed to see it in the shipping process, or someone on here that said they work at Walmart and they got it last Thursday but had to store it away. If the release date is the 9th which all the videos I have seen says Koming Oct. 9th then why wouldnt places like Walmart ( UPS ) suddenly not ship it or have it for sale?

You know what,it is possible that alot of ppl will get it tomorrow.Depending on where u are.I remember getting ninja gaiden/black the same day it shiped.I will say,60% of ppl will get it on tuesday and 40%tomorrow.I tell u what,if i get it i will post videos on youtube and if not well its not like u cant play it in less then 48hours or so.

ps2 and kollectors edition
xbox is pushed back till the other monday,
by the way i always got my games in dallas same day they shipped, including MKD, Tekken 5 and others

i live precisely in carrollton, (on frankford rd) where do you live and which gamestop told you that ?
mine said 12:30 :S but hey its all good as long as its tomorrow
