Well, you have to play through Konquest again seeing how you got Taven. You need to find all of the relics in order to unlock Blaze. So you have to go through the entire game again just to find the relics you didn't obtain during the first run.

Actually, you have to collect 50 Relics to unlock him, and it's okay to miss Relics while you're playing the game, and after restarting Konquest, you can continue finding all of the Relics.

BUT!... there's an easier way to unlock him, though;go to the fourth page in the Krypt and select the Question Mark in the VERY LAST box. Since I don't know what you play MKA on, I'll give you the code to enter on all systems that MKA is playable on.

Yeah,I did the thing with the kode in the Kyrpt.I don't feel like playing through the whole game of conquest again.It wasn't that fun to being with,so playing it again would just make be bored.

They make it too easy. Beat the game, get the characters. Uuuummmm... that classic scenario don't cut it. Kids have codes, and they know it's available. Who are they kidding. How do you get Blaze huh? That depends on when you want to use him. lol
