Cyrax has proven to be a challenging force, specially now that he has his human soul, you could consider him stronger in that aspect, Sektor is just a machine, with a mind of its own, but just a machine, empty.

However, the human strength can also be weakness, Cyrax soul can be his downfall. Sektor has grown to become a ruthless evil machine that is hungry for world domination. He could outsmart Cyrax in battle, who knows...

to me I think sektor would win because he got the better skill and the power to beat the heck out of cyrax . cyrax is sweet but hes no match for sektor

It would depend on whether this will be a fair fight or not. Now in an unfair fight, I see Sektor the winner since he seems to be the one who would do anything to win since he does not have human emotions/morals.

Now in a fair fight, then it would be a toss up. They were both created by the same people and I assume if not the same then equal power. Then it will come down to who wants/needs to win more. If Cyrax has a really good reason to fight, say to save one of his new friends/allies, then he will push harder and this may be what pushes the scales in his favor. Sektor's logic/programming may require him to retreat if the battle proves too costly to win IF he's not programmed to win at all costs.

i definatley think it would be a neck to neck battle if they both went at it but i might go with cyrax on this one

Cyrax would win because there both pretty much the same except there attack when Sektor shoots a missile cyrax could dodge it and attack with the green web

they both basically have the same programing but cyrax has regained his initial lin kuei training (the training he had before he was automated), and he's recieved additional training/programing from the special forces.

Sektor's programing has gone haywire, beyond that we don't know if his skills have increased or not. If they have, we don't know how much.

from known info, Cyrax is the obvious choice.

Sektor, he's an emotionless, souless machine bent on conquest. Cold, calculating, cunning, his only downfall might be if he was like the MK game's A.I. Learn his patterns, and fuck him up.

His arsenal of weapons is a deadly mix of missiles, flamethrowers, and a crusher stored in his internal hammerspace.

Out of all the cyborgs, he always seemed to be the most deadly. Especially now that his programming is corrupted. A robot with a Napoleon complex, we're all doomed!

Sektor has no soul, yes but that would be his downfall.

To those saying emotion could get in the way, not in a fight to the death.

Yes, they USED to be in the same clan but they were never "friends" not to mention it's forbidden in the old Lin Kuei ways(Sub and Smoke rebelled)

There would be no emotional interruption because Cyrax and Sektor feel nothing for each other at this point.

Sektor would be running on rage, no soul power or inner strength that Cyrax could use in battle.

Not to mention Cyrax got upgraded, Sektor just founded a clan still the same moves though as before. Another thing to reconsider.

Cyrax on the other hand has new moves at his disposal on top of the Net(he just doesn't have it in gameplay mode the past few games he's been in)

But if you take the moves:

Cyrax: Energy Net, Bombs, Teleport, Grinder, Spinny kick, mechanical chest grabber as part of the grinder.

Sektor:Missles, flamethrower, teleport punch. Only way he upgraded is look wise and storywise.

Cyrax upgraded storywise, inner strength wise, regained his soul and a purpose on top of more upgrades and his already good fighting skills.

I'm betting on Cyrax, just because Sektor is souless doens't mean anything in a fight. So he has no remorse, it's a fight to the death anyway so that's not even an option. Cyrax won't have any either since he's good now and Sektor is evil.
