I welcome it. First of all, from bad memories of MKT, I don't want a half dozen ninjas that are just different colors. Not only that, with the same look, he would be terribly, terribly repetitive from game to game. I actually like his MK:DA look better then any he's had before. Besides, two male ninjas is enough for me...

yeah i guess ur right, but an alternate costume that at least looked like the one from mk4 would be nice.

i prefered reptiles mk:da look, i dont know whyt everyone wants him a ninja again, if they want to play as a ninja just use scorpion, or sub-zero in his alternate outfit, i thought that the reptilian look is his best yet and i hop they dont mess it up for mk6, hopefully he will stay the same

I believe it isn't as good as his alternate costume in MK4, which to me was Reptile at his prime look wise. Too bad with the whole Dragon King thing going on we may never see the whole half raptor/half ninja looking Reptile ever again.

I think it was great! I mean, we FINALLY see a change in the old boring repetitive ninjas. His look in Mk4 kicked ass, I agree I would had liked him to be like that as an alt. costume in mk4, but his reptilian look in MKDA is simply the best.

I think it's cool that Reptile is changing but I'm not crazy about his MKDA look. He almost looks cute, instead of fierce. IMO a humanoid lizard-man just doesn't quite work. I always thought Reptile would work better as a kind of dinosaur-like sub-boss.

I believe I heard somewhere that Boon said that Reptile will evolve in the next game...I can only suppose that's going back towards his MK4 look...so you never know.

I love his new look. It suits him. And anyway, if you look at the pics for his mk2 ending, he does sort of look like that.

I like his MKDA costume but I liked his MK4 costume better(not his alternate).

yeah. as i said before,even as just an alternate costume he'd look kool with his mk4ish look instead of that useless alternate costume he wears in deadly alliance.

i like reptile but i do agree that they should of at least put an alternate outfit that looked like mk2 or mk4's.

I would like to have multiple versions of Reptile.

MK2, MK4, and MKDA.

Just as secret costumes.


Maybe have the same thing for other characters.

I would like to have Shang Tsung with his MK2 costume. He looked awesome then.

Yeah, Secret costumes is the answer.
Heck, the classic versions could have the moves from the older games too.
Like what they did for MKT.

But still have them with the New martial arts.

i like it but i think his look needs more detail like more like a dragon or something. bringing him back to a ninja would be kinda lame because that isn't what he really is

I don't really like his MKDA look. I thought he looked cool and little more menacing with his normal MK4 look (not alternate). I thought that look made him more dynamic then just the green ninja with acid breath.

I don't really like it either... he looks too much like an aligator....
His 2nd costume should have been either a ninja ora more humanoid thing... or maybe even reptilian form, but witha face more like the one he had in MK2

another thing I didn't like about him is the acid spit... it looks kind of bad... I liked how they did it in MK4... or maybe I was thinking he could get something like a spray, like sonya's kiss of death but woth longer range....

well, its not perfect but its better that than being just another ninja among the many ninjas out there. um.. but playing him in many different costumes would make a lot of people happy. But i cant see a ninja reptile doing the crab fighting style, would jst be too funny...

Must admit a ninja doing the Crab fighting style would offer some hilarity.

I think they shold've let us alter the colour of the uniforms. Like when its a Scorpion Vs. Scorpion match the opposing Scorp is in a Orange outfit. In the case of Shang Tsung I prefer the blue colour of his first outfit compared to the red one, yet I can't do much about it. Basically the MK4 system was good in that way.

I liked jis mK4 look the best.

BUt I guess he looks ok in MKDA.

I like how they made Reptile change into lizard form but didn't he look alot like Lizard Man from the Soul Calibur games?

I hope Reptile changes again into a different state because it looked like Reptile was a clone in Deadly Alliance.

I repectfully disagree. Reptiles metamorphisis really suits repitle, and his deevolution should not stop at mk4.

Both Sub-Zero and Scorpion are ninjas, but in MKDA they don't really look alike, do they?

They could've done the same for Reptile.

u guys r forgeting that reptile is now alot stronger. the more primitive he got,the more strength and speed he has so im all for his new look. but they should bring back some of his old moves like invisibilty than reptile would be one of the best fighters.

I think reptile would better as the ninja. They can make him look different than other ninjas for instance sub,ermac,scorpion, and noob in MKD have the basic look of the ninja costume but all look very different as far as design. So make reptile a ninja agian. MKDA reptile kinda sucked.
