There isnt one...before you post somehting like this, check out gamefaqs.com or some other strategy site (codes.ign.com) to see what they have to say.

What version are you looking for?

For PC it was type AICULEDSSUL at the copyright screen then F9 when the intro starts. But on really fast computers you can't do this cause the screen disappears too quickly.

Hope that helps!

There is no cheat menu for MK2 in Sega either.
Sega 32x, Sega Saturn, and PC have "Cheat Modes" but that's all I know of.

From my affiliate, UMKR:
Sega Saturn
Quickly press Down, Up, Left(2), A, Right(2), B, Y, C when the story appears at the start of the game. The 'Switches' option will appear in the main menu. Now you can allow one-hit victories and access to Jade, Smoke, and Noob Saibot.
Sega 32x
Highlight 'Done' on the options screen. Press Left, Down, Right, Right, Down, Left, Left, Left, Left, Right, Right, Right. More options will appear.
PC
Type aiculedssul at the copyright screen, then press F9 at the Acclaim logo.

There actually is a cheat menu for Sega Genesis. It is done similar to the Sega 32X. Go into options and highlight DONE. Press Left, Down, Left, Right, Down, Right, Left, Left, Right, and Right. From that option if you select Nasty! and you play as Raiden on the Armory, press 4Back, and Block to see the infamous Fergality. There are other goodies in the menu as well.

Does anyone know if there is a cheat menu for the ELUSIVE MK2 for PSX?

I have not seen any kodes for it!

This is the best version by far.... except for Arcade of course!

Actually the SNES port was the best conversion. It was pretty much a replica of the arcade. The PSX version suffered from loading times.
