Lia was only 19 yr old when she played Sindel Daniel and Carlos are brothers they didnt work in production of MK3 game cause they helped other creators to make other game "Tattoo Assasins" thats why there was no Cage and Raiden. They all know each other (Daniel,Ho Sung Pak,Tony) becaues of Wu Shu school.

Daniel Pesina was fired between MK2 and MK3, because he did advertising for another game (forget what it was called, it wasn't very good) while dressed in his Johnny Cage outfit. The guy had balls, gotta give him that. As for him not looking like Johnny Cage, bear in mind that over ten years have passed since the early MK games.

A few other MK2 actors were involved in a lawsuit against Midway over royalties, their case being that they were the ones portraying the characters in this very successful franchise, so they should be entitled to more money. I do not know the result for sure, most likely the two sides settled out of court somehow.

This is why new actors were brought in for MK3/UMK3, and in MKT, you only get "classic" versions of a few characters, the classic actors still working for Midway . Midway couldn't or wouldn't use the footage of the ones involved in the lawsuit, or Daniel Pesina.

yea i found that out after beating UMK3 real quick after i posted. tried finding pics of her but couldnt. she was much better than the Kitana, Jade, and Mileena actor that they had for MK2 imo.

u guys noticed that on the bonus disc for MKD with the bio videos that it had the MK3/UMK3 actors and not the MK1 and MK2 actors? besides for Carlos Pesina

anyways i also wanted to mention that Richard Divonsio (or whatever) who played as Kano in MK1 & 3 and Baraka in MK2 also played as Kabal in MK3 and played as Quan Chi in MK4 and Mythologies.

Its wierd that Eddie wong from big trouble in little china is the same guy that was lui kang in mk3 he must of really got into shape or something.

dan pesina advertised for Bloodstorm (aka "Time Killers 2"). I saw the pic in VideoGames magazine, but stupidly didn't buy the issue 'cause I didn't have money and didn't feel like bumming a fiver from my old man... otherwise I'd have scanned it by now and kept it as my desktop background.
