I was wonering about the resolution on the game. The resolution on PS2 is 640 x 480 if I'm not mistaken, and I think it's even bigger on XBOX, but on the arcade, the resolution was not much more than 320 x 240, is the screen gonna be shrunk on the game when it comes out? Or are they gonna stretch it? honestly, I don't want them to stretch it, but I just want to know the deal.

640X480 is only what you display it at, the actual resolution of the games MK1 through MK3 is 400 X 254 and there's no way to change that without refilming everything, unless of course there are master back ups of everything somewhere that were digitized in a higher quality format, but that is unlikely considering 400 X 254 was pretty damn good in 1992.

I know that, but there are ways of stretching techniques, like blurring, scalines, 2xsal, and more, I was wondering if the picture is actually going to be displayed small like that on the screen, or will they stretch it somehow?

No matter how you dossy it up, it's going to look the same on a TV. All the stretching and blurring effects in emulators just make it look how it would on a TV anyway. It's going to fill up your TV screen, you can't ask for any more or any less than that. A regular TV's resolution is like 352X240 or something like that, others are more. If you have a high res TV, it'll look pretty much how it does on an arcade monitor.
