Tremor was another boring pallete swap ninja, this one in brown. He was one of the Black Dragon bosses in MKSF (the really crappy Jax adventure game) along with Tassia and No Face. As Kano (and Jarek before him) were supposed to be the "last" Black Dragon members, plus MKSF's failiure, it's safe to assume that these three are dead.
Because Kabal's MKD Black Dragon are basically a fresh start, I think it's easier to think of them as two clans.
Old Black Dragon.
Kano- Highest ranking member we know about. Don't think he's the leader though. Has also worked for Shao Kahn and the Deadly Alliance. Most likely killed by Mavado.
Jarek- Supposedly the "last" Black Dragon member back in MK4/MKG. Kano's one real friend. Was basically Kano Junior, copied most of his moves. Dead.
Kabal- Former member who quit the clan during the Earth invasion. Tried going straight, but nearly killed by Mavado. Was saved by Havik, and reformed the clan with himself as leader.
Tassia- Ninja woman in purple (though looked different to Kitana, etc). Used Katanas. Boss in MKSF. Dead.
No Face- Odd looking guy with a flamethrower and explosives. Boss in MKSF. Dead.
Tremor- Dull pallete swap with earthquake powers. Looks like Scorpion. Boss in MKSF. Dead.
New Black Dragon.
Kabal- See above. Now leading this clan. Havik recruited him as an agent of chaos, and the new Black Dragon are more about anarchy and destruction than organised crime.
Kira- Sexy redhead in tight leather. Former weapons dealer who fights like a mix of Sonya and Kano. Now trying to recruit more BD members. Hopefully back for the next MK.
Kobra- Crappy ripoff of Street Fighters Ken Masters. Due to Kira's ending, most likely dead. Good riddance.
