Sub-Zero is the only character to be in every single MK game... and I have no idea what you're talking about at the end there.

Sub-Zero is in all the main MK games. That doesn't include the adventure games or hand held versions.

Actually, "a Sub-Zero" has been in all the games. Sub-Zero in MK1 is not the Sub-Zero of modern times. That Sub-Zero is of course, Noob Saibot, the older brother of current Subby. Regardless, none of the other MK characters have been in all the games, and as far as "characters" go, no one character has appeared in each and every game.
